ShowPingBack is a participant in the Amazon Services LLC Associates Program and eBay Partner Network. We earn affiliate commissions when you purchase through our links. We share 40% to 60% of that commission with you as cashback. This does NOT increase your purchase price.

1. About ShowPingBack

ShowPingBack ("we", "us", "our") is a crypto cashback shopping platform operated from Dubai, United Arab Emirates. We are an official affiliate partner of Amazon and eBay, earning commissions on qualifying purchases made through our platform.

2. Cashback Program

2.1 How Cashback Works
When you purchase through ShowPingBack, we receive an affiliate commission from Amazon or eBay. We share 40% to 60% of this commission with you as cashback. The effective cashback rate is 0.4% to 6% of your purchase price depending on product category. The exact rate is displayed on each product page.

⏱ Important: Cashback Payment Timeline

Cashback is NOT credited immediately. Here is the full process:

Step 1: You purchase a product through ShowPingBack
Step 2: Amazon/eBay delivers the product (3–14 business days)
Step 3: The return/refund period expires (typically 30–90 days after delivery)
Step 4: Amazon/eBay confirms and pays our affiliate commission (30–90 days after delivery)
Step 5: We credit your cashback within 7 business days of receiving the commission

Total estimated time: 60 to 180 days from your purchase date

2.2 Cashback Forfeiture
Cashback will NOT be awarded in the following cases:

The order is cancelled, refunded, or returned
Amazon or eBay does not recognize or pay the affiliate commission
The purchase does not qualify under Amazon/eBay affiliate program rules
Your account is suspended or terminated for policy violations

2.3 Refunds and Cashback
If you return a product or receive a refund from Amazon or eBay, your cashback for that order will be cancelled and not paid. If cashback has already been credited to your account, it will be deducted from your balance. No exceptions.

2.4 Cashback Payout Methods
Cashback is available in the following forms:

Points: Redeemable for discounts on future purchases (currently available)
USDT: Direct transfer to your crypto wallet (coming soon)
SPB Coin: ShowPingBack native token (planned 2025)

3. User Accounts

You must create an account to receive cashback. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must provide accurate information including a valid crypto wallet address for USDT payouts.

4. Purchases

All purchases are made directly on Amazon or eBay. ShowPingBack is not the seller and is not responsible for product quality, delivery, or disputes. All purchase-related issues must be resolved directly with Amazon or eBay.

5. Prohibited Activities

Creating multiple accounts to abuse the cashback program
Using bots or automated tools to generate fake purchases
Purchasing and immediately returning items to manipulate cashback
Misrepresenting purchases or submitting false claims

6. Limitation of Liability

ShowPingBack is not liable for loss of cashback due to Amazon/eBay policy changes, crypto wallet errors, USDT value fluctuations, or any indirect damages from use of our platform.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates (Dubai). Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Dubai, UAE.
